Allegany County Area Foundation Grant Application

Grant recipients are primarily public charitable organizations with 501c(3) tax status that serve Allegany County residents.  Grant applications may be obtained by:

Generally, the Foundation will award grants of between $250 and $1,000.  (Over the years a few have been approved at $1500.)

The ACAF Grant Committee meets before board meetings in September, December, March, and June. 

In addition, the by-laws of the Allegany County Area Foundation state that a final report shall be submitted to the executive director of the ACAF following the completion of the project or program. Download the Follow Up Grant Report Form
