Born on November 22, 1954 in Cuba, NY she was the daughter of Kenneth and Neva Benham Weatherly.  Shirley worked for Chemung County BOCES in the accounting Department.  She enjoyed reading, going to plays and especially enjoyed her family and her cats.  Her family and friends will remember her as a hard worker, and how she never let her physical disability stop her from achieving her goals.
